The challenge

Matrix FSE covers three trades - electrical, fire and security - for domestic, commercial and industrial customers. Multi-trade firms usually end up with a website that reads like three separate companies stapled together, and a visitor who arrived for one job never finds out about the other two.

What we did

• Made the breadth the message. “One company. Complete cover.” - electrical, fire and security presented as one offer, one call, one accountable team.
• Led with the credentials that matter. NICEIC registered and SSAIB approved sit right in the hero, where a facilities manager or homeowner looks first.
• Put the proof on the page. A 5.0 Google rating from real customers, years in business and installations completed - visible before a single claim is made.
• Two ways to act, everywhere. A free quote form and a click-to-call number, on every page - because emergency electrical searches don’t browse.
• Built for the local patch. Structured pages for Wigan, Skelmersdale and the North West, plus a blog for the questions customers actually ask.

The result

A visitor who arrives needing a rewire leaves knowing Matrix also covers their fire alarms and CCTV - and either calls or requests a quote without hunting for a way to do it.
