The challenge
Lancashire Fabrications does the lot: steel stockholding, CNC profiling and pressing, fabrication, onsite welding and installation. Their buyers are construction professionals - people who’ve been let down by steel suppliers before and are deciding, quickly, whether this firm is dependable enough to put on the critical path of a project.
What we did
- Named the buyer’s real fear. “We know what it’s like when your steel supplier lets you down” - the site meets a project manager’s actual worry head-on, before selling anything.
- Made the full offer legible. Five services, each with its own clear page, framed as one accountable supply chain: everything your project needs, under one roof.
- Made the quote the site’s one job. A “Get a Quote” button in the header and hero, with the phone number and opening hours beside it for the people mid-project who can’t wait.
- Proof in numbers. Years in the trade and clients served, stated plainly where commercial buyers expect to find them.
The result
A website that reads the way a good steel supplier operates: direct, complete and dependable - with a quote request never more than one click away.
